Upload proof of your renter's insurance or set it up through the portal.
Utilities: You're responsible for setting up utilities before move-in. Contact Consumers Energy (800-477-5050), Semco Gas (800-624-2019), and your local trash/internet providers.
Keys: Call or email the day before your lease begins to arrange key pickup. Keys are typically in a lockbox — you'll get the code once deposit is paid, utilities are transferred, and lease is signed.
Move-In Checklist: Found in your lease docs. Must be printed and mailed to PO Box 7, Paw Paw, MI 49079.
Payments: All payments must be made online via the tenant portal. We do not accept cash or paper checks.
